In some instances, files will try to open in Microsoft Edge but will not open properly. You may receive a message referring the "built in administrator account."
To resolve this, you need to set your default web browser to Google Chrome by following the steps and animation below.
- Navigate to Settings. You can get there from the Start menu.
- Select System.
- Click Default apps in the left pane.
- Click Microsoft Edge under the "Web browser" heading.
- Select the new browser (ex: Chrome) in the menu that pops up, and click Switch Anyway.
